For busy parents & wildhearts...
Mum & Baby Yoga in Bath
Bliss Yoga offers gentle pre and post natal yoga classes in Bath for parents, babies, and toddlers. Whether you're navigating life with a newborn or chasing a curious toddler, our classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, connect, and recharge alongside your little one.
Â
There is zero pressure. No experience needed. Just a little time carved out for you. These sessions offer more than poses; they are about creating space to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself amongst the noise of everyday life.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after years away, or simply looking for a gentler approach, our classes are designed to feel welcoming, grounding, and refreshingly down-to-earth.

Come for movement, breath, and a little pocket of calm for your week.

Supporting Women Through Every Chapter of Life...
Womanhood is a journey of constant change. From the excitement of pregnancy and the beautiful chaos of new motherhood to the busy toddler years and the transition through perimenopause and menopause, every chapter deserves care, compassion and space to breathe.

At Bliss Yoga Bath, I've created classes that support women through every stage of life. Whether you're preparing for birth, bonding with your baby, chasing an energetic toddler or simply longing for an hour that's just for you, you'll find a welcoming community here. Come exactly as you are.

Feed your baby if they need feeding. Pause for cuddles. Laugh when your toddler decides Downward Dog isn't on today's agenda. Or simply arrive with tired shoulders, a busy mind and the need to take a deep breath.

This is yoga for real life, not for social media. It's about movement without judgement, connection without pressure, and finding moments of calm in the middle of everyday life.

Find your flow. Find your calm. Find your Bliss.
